Unsere Spezialisten der WISAG Job & Karriere vermitteln Fachkräfte zur Festanstellung in alle Gesellschaften der WISAG – genau dorthin, wo Sie uns mit Ihren Fähigkeiten am besten verstärken können: Wir suchen neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen – bewerben Sie sich jetzt Mehr über die WISAG erfahren Sie auf unserer Webseite.For the WISAG Business partner we are searching for Field Based Robot Support Technician (m/w/d)ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for LionsBot autonomous cleaning robots deployed in various commercial settings across Germany, including but not limited to Commissioning of robots on site with the creation of maps, establishment of cleaning zones as well as the functional calibrating and testing of the robotsPreventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robots to ensure they are in excellent working conditionOn-Site Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to client inquiries and issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions on-siteSoftware Updates: Assist in updating robot software and ensuring all features are up to dateClient Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users to maximize the effective use of the cleaning robotsDocumentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and client interactionsCollaboration: Work closely with the LionsBot technical support team and engineers to resolve complex technical issuesReporting: Provide regular reports on robot performance and maintenance activities to the LionsBot headquarters RequirementsTechnical Background: Recognized electrical, electronic or mechanical fields of studyExperience: Prior experience in a technical support or field service role, especially with autonomous robotics, is highly desirableProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issuesCommunication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear instructionsAdaptability: Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and work flexible hours as requiredTeam Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environmentDriver's License: A valid driver's license Class B is required for travel to client locationsFluent English and German languages are mandatory for the role, other languages desirable Why Join UsBe part of an innovative and dynamic robotics company at the forefront of industry advancementsCollaborate with a dedicated team of professionals passionate about technology and its applications in commercial cleaningCompetitive compensation package, company car also for private usage and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company
