in Vollzeit / 40 Std.Deine Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der zugewiesenen Großkunden
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger und nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Analyse der Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation zur Optimierung der aktuellen Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategie
  • Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen im Rahmen der unternehmerischen Vorgaben
  • Ergebnisverantwortung für das Marken- und Handelsmarkengeschäft für die betreuten Kunden
  • Erschließen von neuen Umsatzpotenzialen
  • Führen von Jahresgesprächen
  • Budgetplanung
Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung als KAM (m/w/d) im Fleisch-Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und strategische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Marktes und der Kunden im LEH
  • Selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
