Manager Quality (m/f/d) for Supplier Quality Assurance

Plan and build the future with us - your future

Your tasks

Management, organization, budget planning and capacity control of the Supplier Quality Assurance department Supporting production and customer service in analyzing problems depending on suppliers Analyzing quality data to identify key problem areas, continuously improving quality and tracking KPIs Setting up effective supplier quality management and developing suppliers in close coordination with strategic purchasing Independent complaint handling with suppliers Supporting quality management in developing its own employees, forward-looking personnel planning and identifying talent

Your profile

Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or comparable technical training Practical experience in quality management or quality assurance desirable Initial experience in employee management Confident use of MS Office and experience in the application and evaluation of ERP systems English and german language skills
