Piping Technician (m/f/d) in Pipeline Construction

Location: Wilhelmshaven

In your role as a piping technician or skilled mechanic (m/f/d), you will be involved in servicing the facilities of our clients in the chemical, petrochemical, and natural gas sectors. Your primary focus will be on maintenance, production, and project execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Executing qualified maintenance and repair tasks on facilities and their components, including pipelines, pumps, compressors, and tanks.
  • Fabricating pipeline systems, components, and plant elements according to technical schematics, construction, and installation plans.
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling pipeline/welding structures in accordance with isometric drawings.
  • Conducting pressure testing.
  • Assisting with assembly tasks in production.
  • Documenting processes and outcomes.

What We Expect From You:

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking discipline, such as industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, plant mechanic, or fitter (m/f/d), along with several years of experience in pipeline construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex isometric layouts, as well as create hand-drawn isometrics.
  • Strong material knowledge and spatial awareness.
  • Familiarity with standards and technical regulations.
  • Experience in handling precision pipes and fittings.
  • Valid driver's license Class B/BE.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Welding skills (both black and white).
  • Knowledge in explosion protection.
  • Driver's license Class C1E.
  • Forklift and aerial work platform certifications.
