Aktuelle Studien zeigen, dass über 60 Prozent aller Projekte weltweit hinter den gesteckten Zielen zurück bleiben und die Hauptursachen sind oft dieselben:

  1. Keine hinreichend klare und eindeutige Zieldefinition,
  2. Mangelndes Commitment des Managements,
  3. Unterschätzte Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Themenfeldern,
  4. Zu knapp bemessene personelle Ressourcen,
  5. Fehlende Projektkommunikation mit der Organisation, usw.

Wir sehen uns daher als "Kapitäne und Matrosen, die das Schiff sicher durch trübe Gewässer steuern".

Aufgaben

Aber, was genau erwartet Dich bei uns?

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Koordinierung von Transformationsprojekten bei unseren Kunden
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für die kundenseitigen Projektverantwortlichen zur PRINCE2 Methodik
  • Du führst 1:1- und Gruppentrainings für die Projektverantwortlichen zur Methodik und den Standards des PRINCE2 Frameworks durch
  • Du prüfst inhaltlich Projektpläne, Highlight Reports, Change Requests, Abschlussberichte und holst regelmäßig Feedback von den Stakeholdern ab
  • Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung einzelner Projekte - ob in der Supply Chain, im Finanzbereich oder in der Aufsetzung einer neuen Auslandsgesellschaft unserer Kunden
  • Du erstellst und hältst Präsentationen für Führungskräfte, Aufsichtsrat und Mitarbeiter zum Status der Projekte / des Programmes
Qualifikation

  • Als Project Manager wirst Du in der regelmäßigen Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Menschen stehen: Freundlichkeit, Offenheit und eine Prise Empathie sind im Alltag maßgebend
  • Zudem ist es wichtig, dass Du unabhängig von Position, Alter, usw. Deinen Gesprächspartnern mit Respekt und immer auf Augenhöhe begegnest
  • Es ist elementar, dass Du Dich gut organisierst und strukturiert arbeitest
  • Prioritäten für Dich als auch für andere zu setzen und diese einzuhalten ist Deine große Stärke
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit PRINCE2 sind von Vorteil, jedoch bilden wir Dich selbstverständlich in diesem Framework intern weiter
  • Schätzt Du Dich als eine durchsetzungsstarke Person ein? Dann bringst Du ein Ass im Ärmel mit
