Berlin, Deutschland DBA Digital Business Akademie Vollzeit

Die Digital Business Akademie (DBA) bereitet Quereinsteiger in einem intensiven 9-monatigen Vollzeit-Kurs auf eine Karriere im Digital Sales vor. Als Teaching Assistant begleitest du unsere Kursteilnehmer:innen auf ihrer Kursreise und unterstützt ihren Lernerfolg.

Wir sind eine Remote-First Company, du kannst also flexibel von zu Hause arbeiten.

Aufgaben
  • Curriculum-Entwicklung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Aktualisierung unseres Lehrplans.
  • Tutoring: Regelmäßige Tutorien zur Vertiefung der Lehrinhalte und Klärung offener Fragen.
  • Teamverantwortung: Zusammenarbeit mit Dozenten und Kollegen zur Förderung des Lernerfolgs und Verbesserung des Kurses.
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrungen im digitalen Vertrieb, insbesondere mit CRM-Software wie Salesforce oder Hubspot, und Bereitschaft, diese zu vertiefen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Soziale Kompetenz: Empathisch und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
  • Organisationstalent: Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Struktur in jedes Projekt einbringen.
