Aufgaben
  • Definition der Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Strategie und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of People & Culture
  • Benchmarking hinsichtlich Gehaltsstrukturen und Benefits
  • Sicherstellung kosteneffizienter und marktgerechter C&B-Verfahren und -Standards in der gesamten Organisation inkl. der Betreuung der in der Organisation eingeführten Multi-Benefit-Plattform
  • Erarbeitung und Aufrechterhaltung eines Gehalts- und Einstufungssystems zur Unterstützung der operativen Organisationsstruktur (Stichwort Gehaltsbänder)
  • Beratung der regionalen Vertreter (GFs/Manager) bei der Anwendung von Einstufungssystemen und C&B-Verfahren
  • Beratung der Manager beim Einsatz der Benefits zur optimierten Gehaltsanpassung
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von zukünftigen Benefits in Übereinstimmung mit den Marktpraktiken
  • Systematisierung der Daten sowie Datenintegration in einer Excel basierten Datenbank
  • Migration der Mitarbeiterdatenbank in ein Personalmanagementsystem (HRMS)
Qualifikation
  • Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und/oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in Human Resources Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
  • Kenntnisse in Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsthemen
  • Grundverständnis in Controlling
  • Starke analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Kreativität und Freude an der Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte
  • Teamplayer und Verständnis der Rolle als Partner für interne Manager, um gemeinsam Lösungen zu erarbeiten
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insb. Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
