Tasks
  • You are responsible for time- and cost-effective planning of resouces, inventories and purchases
  • Coordinate purchase orders to meet ERP demand.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory and manage purchase order status.
  • Investigate and document quality requirements for parts.
  • Maintain and update item master data consistently.
  • Optimize logistics and inventory by utilizing data from ERP and Supplier Portals.
  • Ensure data integrity through actively participating in ERP compliance processes.
  • Assist in implementing Vendor Managed Inventory solutions for efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards for daily business operations and KPI tracking.
Requirements
  • Several years experience working in supply chain management, logistics and procurement
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning applications such as SAP, INFOR, Oracle, etc.
  • Ideally, working experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Railway or comparable industries
  • Fluent in English
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and autonomous working style
