Unser Mandant ist ein globales Chemie- und Pharmaunternehmen und sucht einen erfahrenen Site Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) für die Produktionsstätte im Raum München. Als Plant Supply Chain Manager sind Sie für die Optimierung, das Change Management und die Erreichung von operativer Exzellenz in unserer Lieferkette verantwortlich. Sie werden eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammenarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produktionsstätte reibungslos und effizient betrieben wird.


Ihre Aufgaben:

1. Change Management:

  • Leiten und fördern Sie Veränderungsinitiativen, um die Effizienz und Agilität der Lieferkette zu verbessern.
  • Implementieren Sie Best Practices und innovative Lösungen, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse sicherzustellen.


2. Lieferkettenoptimierung:

  • Entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Optimierung der Lieferkette, um den Materialfluss, die Lagerbestände und die Produktionsplanung zu verbessern.
  • Identifizieren und beheben Sie Engpässe und Lieferkettenprobleme proaktiv.


3. Operative Exzellenz:

  • Überwachen Sie die Leistung der Lieferkette und entwickeln Sie KPIs zur Bewertung und Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit Produktions- und Qualitätsteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lieferkette den Qualitätsstandards entspricht.


4. Lieferantenbeziehungen:

  • Pflegen Sie strategische Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, um die Zuverlässigkeit der Lieferungen sicherzustellen.
  • Verhandeln Sie Verträge und Vereinbarungen, um kosteneffektive Lösungen zu gewährleisten.


Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Lieferketten in der Pharma- oder verwandten Industrie.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Change Management und in der Implementierung von Lean- und Six-Sigma-Prinzipien.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Daten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung zu nutzen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
