  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Abrechnungen und trägst zu präzisem Revenue Forecasting sowie zur Kostensteuerung von gridX bei
  • Du unterstützt und übernimmst die Aufbereitung von aussagekräftigen Reportings für unterschiedliche (interne) Stakeholder:innen sowie die Berechnung des TCVs und Revenues unserer Kund:innen
  • Du trägst zur Entwicklung von Prozessverbesserungen bei und unterstützt durch datengestützte Erkenntnisse unsere Entscheidungsfindungsprozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams von Sales, Customer Success, Marketing und Finance zusammen
  • Du etablierst Dich als abteilungsübergreifende:r Ansprechpartner:in unserer Toollandschaft, insbesondere für HubSpot (CRM)
So stechen Du und Deine Bewerbung heraus
  • Du befindest Dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnliches und hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer Growth-Operations-Position gesammelt
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit HubSpot, Salesforce oder anderen CRM-Systemen
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und fühlst Dich sicher im Umgang mit Stakeholder:innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen (mit Führungskräften, Kolleg:innen, Kund:innen, etc.)
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes analytisches Denken und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Du hast mindestens 15 - 20h pro Woche Zeit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
