Einleitung

As Sales Manager, (m/f/x) you will play a key role in Nitrado’s growth by focusing on the acquisition of new business partnerships with game development studios. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying potential partners, building relationships with decision-makers, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Your role will focus heavily on outbound sales activities and driving new business.

Your mission

You develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new partners, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
You proactively reach out to game development studios worldwide to identify new business opportunities.
You build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at game development studios, positioning Nitrado as a trusted partner.
You develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value proposition of our GameFabric platform to potential clients.
You have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new clients.
You work with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the sales process addresses client needs and positions Nitrado’s solutions effectively.
You track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
You stay updated on global industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the gaming market.

Your profile

You have minimum of 2 years of sales experience in business development and sales ideally within gaming-related industries, SaaS, or hosting.
You have a proven track record in acquiring new business and driving partnerships with game studios or related industries.
You have a strong understanding of multiplayer game development process and the challenges faced by studios.
You have experience using CRM tools.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners across different cultures and time zones.
You have a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
You are fluent in English (native proficiency), preferably also German, other languages are a bonus.
You have experience with SaaS platforms and their applications in the gaming industry, which would be a valuable asset.
You are familiar with multiplayer game development tools and technologies, which is a plus.
You understand different regional gaming markets and cultural nuances, which would be beneficial.
You have an existing network of contacts within the game development industry, which would be a great advantage.
