Eventix ist ein internationales Ticketverkaufssystem, das für jeden Veranstalter zugänglich ist. Aufgaben

Jobbeschreibung

Als unser Support-Spezialist bist du der wichtige Schlüssel zum Erfolg von Eventix und seinen deutschen Kunden. Dein Ziel ist es, auf jede Frage eine Antwort zu haben und mehrere kleine als auch große Veranstalter, Events und öffentliche Organisationen zu unterstützen.

Wir bei Eventix sind gerne allen voraus, daher liegt es an Dir, unsere Kunden und deren Bedürfnisse durch ein hervorragendes und proaktives Kundenmanagement zu kennen.

Darüber hinaus wird deine Unterstützung in unserer Marketing- und Kommunikationsabteilung dein Rolle dynamisch gestalten. Kein Tag wird derselbe sein.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil...

  • Deutsche Muttersprache;
  • Berufsanfänger mit 1 – 3 Jahren Erfahrung;
  • Kundenbetreuung Erfahrung;
  • Marcom Erfahrung;
  • Niederlassungen in NRW;
  • Fließend Englisch.
