Aufgaben

#Learn and improve - Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Du baust aktiv nachhaltige Partnerschaften mit Unternehmensberatungen oder PEs auf und pflegst und entwickelst sie weiter
  • Dabei überzeugst du mit deinem Verständnis für ihre Strategien und entwickelst passgenaue Kooperationsmodelle
  • Du arbeitest mit den Top-Playern der Branche zusammen und entwickelst innovative Go-To-Market-Strategien - ob Upselling, Cross-Selling oder neue Markterschließungen, du findest immer den richtigen Hebel
  • Du analysierst die KPIs, leitest Maßnahmen ab und optimierst kontinuierlich die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing und Produktentwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungen optimal bei den Partnern platziert werden
  • Gemeinsam mit den Teams gestaltest du Verkaufs- und Marketingmaterialien, um Partner optimal zu unterstützen
  • Du führst Trainings und Workshops durch, damit unsere Partner bestens ausgestattet sind, unsere Lösungen erfolgreich am Markt zu platzieren
  • Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen und unsere Partnerschaftsstrategie auf Messen, Konferenzen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen – und knüpfst dabei wertvolle neue Kontakte
Qualifikation

#Take ownership - Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Expertise im Partnermanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise im SaaS-Umfeld, mit
  • Du bist eine proaktive und dynamische Persönlichkeit mit einem tiefen Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle und Partnerschaftsentwicklung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus
  • Du denkst strategisch, handelst pragmatisch und bist umsetzungsstark
  • Du bist bereit remote zu arbeiten und Reisetätigkeiten zu übernehmen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
