We are hi by medialabel, a brand of medialabel network GmbH based in Berlin and Europe's first Influencer-Tech-Company. We revolutionize influencer marketing through our forward-thinking technology, which is built on vital brand-to-creator connections and long-term partnerships.

Since 2018, hi by medialabel has been at the forefront of offering a unique combination of technology, simplified communication processes, and performance-based influencer marketing. Our solutions bring transparency to the market and provide personalized influencer business solutions for brands and creators through hitech. Our creators work closely with brand and social media managers, focusing on performance and professionalism. At hishare.that, we blend creative influencer marketing and storytelling with KPIs and insights using efficient performance and billing models.

To enhance our New Markets, we are looking for experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin as soon as possible. Our New Markets are Italy and France.

Tasks
  • Identification and acquisition of potential customers in Italy or France
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships to our customers in Italy or France
  • Proposal and Contract Preparation
  • Development of sales strategies to achieve our goals on the New Markets
  • Monitoring and analyzing the New Markets to identify needs and options
  • Reporting and analyzing campaigns to optimize profits
  • Networking to acquire new customers in Italy or France
Requirements
  • Theoretical knowledge in the fields of marketing, business studies or communication sciences
  • Professional experience in the field of Performance Marketing on Italian or French market
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian or French, Fluent in English is a requirement and German is a bonus
  • Persuasive negotiating power
  • Industry knowledge in the field of influencer marketing
  • Independent, resilient, success-oriented, open-minded
  • Very good with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Analytic Rationalness
