Your Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed quarterly/yearly sales targetsLeads the efforts of the Mass Market Sales & Distribution team to achieve NXP's strategic objectives and meet all Sales and Design Win objectivesLeads and manages the Mass Market Sales Team to ensure the NXP portfolio and services are designed in to a specific set of named accountsCollaborates with the leadership team to create a successful Mass Market and overall strategyEffectively communicates to all stakeholders financial and strategic directionWorking with the all stakeholders identifying opportunities where NXP could provide efficient solutions across focus applicationsUnderstanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NXP’s position at focus accountsDrive the development of Customer Business Plans clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards NXP in order to meet business targetsYour Profile:University background / education in electrical engineeringMinimum 7-10 years sales experience in the semiconductor industryMinimum 5 years leadership experience in a cross functional teamProven track record of sales and account managementAccomplished team managerThe ability to execute strategies skillfully involving multiple stakeholdersEntrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focusedVery strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in both German and EnglishAble to travel frequentlyMore information about NXP in Germany...SummaryLocation: Munich (Schatzbogen); DE - Home basedType: Full time
