Verlässlicher Kontakt: Unser Insurance-Team ist zuständig für alle Anliegen unserer Bestandskundschaft im Falle von versicherungs/-und schadensbezogenen Vorgängen und sichert deren rasche Prüfung, Dokumentation und Abwicklung Analytisch und Zielgerichtet: Nach ausführlichen Training-on-the-Job Maßnahmen, sind Sie in der Lage die Begründetheit der Schadensersatzforderung und Schadenshöhe, unter Berücksichtigung von Vertragsvereinbarungen, interner Vorgaben und gesetzlich normierter Bestimmungen zu bewerten, regulieren und Regresse zu führen Das Detail im Blick: Zwischen den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen unseres Unternehmens fungieren Sie als wichtige Verbindung, zeigen dabei Verbesserungspotenziale zur Schadensminimierung auf und geben Hinweise an unsere Kunden hinsichtlich deren Verpackungsgestaltung Beratung und Unterstützung innerhalb des Standortes beraten Sie Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen in versicherungsrelevanten Fragestellungen und übernehmen die bedarfsgerechte Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen Qualitätssicherung: Durch Erstellung von Statistiken mittels verschiedener Tools machen Sie die Gesamtperformance sichtbar und unterstützen bei der stetigen Optimierung unserer Dienstleistung. Die Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports rundet dabei Ihre Qualitätsanalyse ab.Abwicklung und Bearbeitung aller Transportschadensfälle in der Niederlassung
