Private Markets-
Our private marketsclients invest in companies with the intention of increasing thevalue of their stake down the line. The insights they get throughour experts and content become the basis of their decision toinvest in opportunities, or to pass onthem.
Consulting-
Our consulting clientswork on behalf of large companies (e.g. Fortune 500’s) orinstitutional investors and support them by doing deep diveresearch to provide guidance on their corporate strategy orinvestmentdecisions.
Associate
Asan Associate you’ll have opportunities to work with the sharpestminds in private market funds and consulting firms. They will relyon you for access to the most relevant experts and content, whichyou are responsible for identifying and recommending to them. Youwill gather a unique set of commercial skills that will help youdeliver extraordinary results for both clients and experts. Theprojects can be complex, but the impact is meaningful - every dayyou will get to hear directly from your clients, experts andcolleagues about the difference you havemade.
The hats you willwear:
- Problemsolver: A client can challenge you with any companyname and questions: you’ll break down an industry within minutes,suggest who they should speak with and what they shouldread.
In practice: you will searchfor relevant content and vet experts to support your clients ateach stage of their research. You will not give them investmentadvice. There will be times where we need to think outside the boxand offer solutions that bridge their knowledge gaps,quickly.
- Strongcommunicator: We operate as one team, both withinyour individual team and within the Third Bridge business at large.One day, you will be leading the charge, and another you’ll besupporting your peers.
In practice:you will be asked to train and develop the people around you, bothon your team and those you’re working with on client requests. Weare a feedback-centric culture, and value effectivecommunication.
- Businessdeveloper: understand the drivers of profitablerevenue and find your path to grow it. Work with your team toexecute strategies for the accounts you are responsiblefor.
In practice: on every project,you will have an opportunity to drive performance by delivering onclient requests. You will also be calling clients who have neverused our services to build relationships and get business fromthem.
QualifikationenAreasthat play to yourstrengths:
- Businessfluent in German (written and oral - Level C1 andabove).
- You must be able to deliver highquality work on a deadline. You willbe working on lots of active workstreams simultaneously, but thatdoesn’t scare you - in fact it excites you, and you’re confident inyour ability to multitask and remainorganised.
- TheFounder’sMentality resonates with you, asthis approach is part of our DNA. You’re anindependent thinker who feelsenergised by the freedom Associates have to come up with the bestsolutions for their clients.

Thrive at ThirdBridge
Expect your totalfirst-year compensation to be in excess of€60,000 includingbonus. Beyond pay, you can expect clear performance goals and to berecognised for yourcontributions.
- Salary:Competitive base salary of €52,000with access to our bonus scheme after just 1month.
- Vacation:30 days plus local PublicHolidays.
