Hauptaufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortlicher direkter Vertrieb unseres Angebotsportfolios im Marktsegment Mid Market
- Planung und Durchführung von Akquisitionsaktionen zur Neukundengewinnung
- Eigenverantwortliche telefonische Neukundenakquise
- Bearbeitung der Interessentenanfragen
- Erstellung von Angeboten inklusive Preisfindung und Verfolgung bis zum Vertragsabschluß
- Organisation und Durchführung von Präsentationen bei Interessenten und Kunden
- Vertriebsreportings mittels eines Vertriebsinformationssystems
- Teilnahme an Messen und sonstigen Events
Fachliche Anforderungen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office-Produkte
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im mehrschichtigen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen – idealerweise im Umfeld der Personalwirtschaft
- Erfahrung mit BPO Projekte
