Hauptaufgaben:


  • Eigenverantwortlicher direkter Vertrieb unseres Angebotsportfolios im Marktsegment Mid Market
  • Planung und Durchführung von Akquisitionsaktionen zur Neukundengewinnung
  • Eigenverantwortliche telefonische Neukundenakquise
  • Bearbeitung der Interessentenanfragen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten inklusive Preisfindung und Verfolgung bis zum Vertragsabschluß
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Präsentationen bei Interessenten und Kunden
  • Vertriebsreportings mittels eines Vertriebsinformationssystems
  • Teilnahme an Messen und sonstigen Events


Fachliche Anforderungen:


  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office-Produkte
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im mehrschichtigen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen – idealerweise im Umfeld der Personalwirtschaft
  • Erfahrung mit BPO Projekte
