Job Responsibilities:

As the Head of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's technology and driving our AI initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include:


  • the entire AI infrastructure of the company, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • the hiring and scaling efforts of our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • hands-on AI development with strategic management, allocating approximately 50% of your time to each.
  • closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization across various areas of the business.
  • and executing a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • the research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex challenges in the Green Tech industry.


Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


  • minimum of 6 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
  • experience in successfully implementing AI solutions in a commercial environment, preferably within the Green Tech sector.
  • leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
  • speaking, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
  • strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute AI strategies that drive business growth and impact.
  • problem-solving abilities and a passion for leveraging AI to tackle real-world challenges in sustainability and environmental conservation.
