Financial Sales Manager (m/w/d) Referenznummer Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
Als erfahrener Financial Sales Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Gesamtkoordination und Erstellung des kaufmännischen Teils von umfangreichen, größtenteils komplexen Angeboten zuständig. In ausgewählten Fällen übernehmen Sie auch die Gesamtverantwortung für das Angebot.
- Angebotsvolumen von über 10 Mio. Euro in verschiedenen Produkt- und Länderportfolios
- Größtenteils komplexe Angebote mit diversen Stakeholdern (Konsorten bzw. Partner, Unterlieferanten oder Kunden)
- Handling von Multi-Business-Unit- und Multi-Business-Entity-Angeboten sowie Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen und externen Partnern
- Fachliche Erarbeitung und Leitung von kaufmännischen Angeboten sowie Aussteuern der einschlägigen Support-Funktionen, z. B. der Rechts- und Steuerabteilung, in allen Phasen des Angebotsprozesses von der Präqualifizierung bis zum Abschluss
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Angebots- bzw. Verhandlungsstrategien für sowohl bestehende als auch neue Märkte sowie zukünftige Partner, z. B. Ableitung und Umsetzung von Teilstrategien, Kooperationen, Partnering, Konsortialstrategien, Preismodelle, Kostenziele oder Target Pricing
- Unterstützung des Business Development bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
- Kommunikation im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Abgeschlossenes Master- bzw. Diplomstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Vertrieb (Angebotserstellung) in der Nuklearindustrie, im Anlagenbau oder in einer ähnlichen Branche sowie idealerweise in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung
- Fundiertes Know-how in Bezug auf Vertragsverhandlungen
- Unternehmerisches, wirtschaftliches sowie strategisches Denken und Handeln
- IT-Affinität und den Willen zur Prozessverbesserung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
