Yourtasks

• Lead andinspire the IT operations team to achieve high performance andcollaboration.
• Ensure reliable and scalable ITinfrastructure by optimizing servers, networks, and cloudresources.
• Guarantee high availability of ITservices with robust disaster recovery and business continuityplans.
• Protect sensitive data by maintainingcompliance and implementing strong cybersecuritymeasures.
• Manage vendor relationships toensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee IT support and helpdesk for prompt issueresolution.
• Optimize the IT budget forcost-effective resource allocation.
• Driveinnovation to modernize IT infrastructure and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensurecompliance with IT policies through regular audits.
• Provide reporting to senior management on a regular basisand foster cross-functional collaboration.

Your Profile

• Educational background in InformationTechnology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in IT operations management,with a track record of leadership and successful infrastructuremanagement (3 + years).
• Excellent written andoral communication in German and English.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure technologies,including servers, networking, cloud services, andsecurity.
• Familiarity with data security andcompliance standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or similarregulations.

DeineAufgaben

• Schutzsensibler Daten durch die Einhaltung von Vorschriften und dieImplementierung strenger Cybersicherheitsmaßnahmen.
• Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu den Anbietern, um dieQualität der Dienstleistungen und die Kosteneffizienzsicherzustellen.
• Beaufsichtigung desIT-Supports und des Helpdesks zur raschen Problemlösung.
• Optimieren des IT-Budgets für eine kosteneffizienteRessourcenzuweisung.
• Vorantreiben vonInnovationen zur Modernisierung der IT-Infrastruktur und-Prozesse.
• Führen einer umfassendenDokumentation und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der IT-Richtliniendurch regelmäßige Audits.
• RegelmäßigeBerichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung und Förderung derfunktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.

Dein Profil

• Bildungshintergrund inInformationstechnologie, Informatik oder einem verwandtenBereich.
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung (mehr als 7Jahre) im IT-Betriebsmanagement mit nachweislichenFührungserfahrungen und erfolgreichem Infrastrukturmanagement (mehrals 3 Jahre).
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche undmündliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturtechnologien,einschließlich Server, Netzwerke, Cloud-Dienste undSicherheit.
• Vertrautheit mit Datensicherheits-und Compliance-Standards, wie GDPR, ISO 27001 oder ähnlichenVorschriften.
