Youractivities:

  • AsTechnical Unit Manager, you are responsible for the economicsuccess of your department and manage the area proactively with aconstant eye on market developments and currenttrends
  • In this context, you coordinate thetechnical orientation and further development of your TechnicalUnit, taking into account a sustainable and cross-departmentalcorporate strategy
  • In addition to monitoringand managing the results of the project portfolio, you will workwith our sales team to acquire new, innovative projects and build asustainable customer network
  • In doing so, younot only consider potential within the automotive environment, butalso expand the network to adjacent industries, such as thespecial, construction and agricultural machineryindustries
  • You have the technical anddisciplinary responsibility for the employees in your technicalunit and are responsible for the individual support and developmentof the employees
  • You are responsible for boththe qualitative and quantitative personnel planning of theTechnical Unit and ensure the high-quality development of expertteams

Yourprofile:

  • You haveseveral years of professional experience in a comparable positionand have a technical educational background
  • Youare an expert in the field of batteries, power electronics orelectric machines and would like to further expand thisexpertise
  • You have learned to think and actentrepreneurially and have a network in the automotive,construction or agricultural machineryindustry
  • You are motivated to set a newstandard in development services together with our team and have aproactive hands-on mentality
  • In addition tomanaging existing projects, you were actively involved in theacquisition of new projects in the OEM/Tier1 environment andsuccessfully conducted tender negotiations
  • Youhave experience in the professional and disciplinary management ofemployees
  • You are characterized by a confident,self-assured demeanor, excellent communication skills andassertiveness
  • Fluent German and English skillscomplete yourprofile
