As theHead of Product Engineering for Harnessing OperationsEMEA,

You will be responsible foroverseeing the entire product engineering function across theregion. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of ProductEngineering Managers operating in various Harnessing Operationslocations throughout EMEA. Your focus will be on driving excellencein product development while ensuring alignment with customer needsand exceeding quality standards.

You willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, includingoperations and sales, to deliver world-class products andsolutions. This role demands both a strategic mindset and hands-ontechnical expertise, alongside outstanding leadership andcooperation skills.

In this role, you arereporting directly to the VP of Harnessing Operations. You willhave the flexibility to be based in any of our HarnessingOperations locations across EMEA.

Yourtasks
  • RFQ Management: Oversee theentire RFQ (Request for Quotation) process, including RFQ funnelprocessing, clarification, BOM (Bill of Materials) adaptation, costcalculation, and feedback submission. Ensure the completion ofproduct design approvals (BOM, drawings) and manage change requestsand technical assessments forcomplaints.
  • Product Optimization: Drivecontinuous product improvement by defining and implementingpreferred components and optimizing existing designs to enhanceperformance and cost-efficiency.
  • High-TouchProject Support: Provide technical expertise for high-priorityprojects, including direct customer support during visits andcollaborating with the sales team to address customerneeds.
  • Technology Development: Lead thespecification of new technologies and identify necessarydevelopments to keep our product portfolio at the cutting edge ofindustry standards.
  • Team Leadership and Growth:Serve as the technical leader for the Product Engineering teamacross local units in the EMEAregion.
Yourprofile
  • Bachelor's or master’s degreein Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or a relatedfield.
  • Strong professional experience inProduct Engineering and leadership role in an internationalcompany.
  • Fluent inEnglish.
