HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - zur Werksbetreuung im internationalen Umfeld


Sie übernehmen ein breites, verantwortungsvolles Aufgabenspektrum mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum und Entwicklungsperspektiven. Werden Sie Teil eines jungen, engagierten HR Teams und bringen Sie Ihre Ideen als Sparringspartner des Werksmanagements ein, eingebunden in einen internationalen Unternehmenskontext.


Die Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Führungskräften zu personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und Strategien
  • Verantwortung für den Employee Lifecycle einschließlich Mitarbeitergewinnung, -entwicklung und -bindung
  • Change Management, Talent- bzw. Performance Management und HR Reporting für den Betreuungsbereich
  • Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Mitwirkung an internationalen HR Projekten und enge Interaktion mit HR Kollegen in Spezialistenteams


Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der kooperativen Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitnehmervertretungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Beratungskompetenz, sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierung und Flexibilität sowie diplomatisches Geschick
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
