**The Program**:
Are you in end of your bachelor's degree, in between your bachelor and masters or are in the middle of your masters and are eager to start creating impact on a global level? You came to the right place

In this exclusive internship opportunity, you´ll explore various teams and deep dive in topics within the wider Human Resources (or as we call it, People & Organization) context. While rotating through different P&O teams every 3 months, you will make an impact by working on overarching projects aimed at our grand objective of One team - One dream.

**What you will do**:

- You will be immersed in a 6-to-12-months rotation program exploring the different areas of Human Resources. Rotations will happen every 3 months in different teams of our P&O department (Learning & Knowledge, Organizational Development, People Development, People Processes and Intelligence, People Services, Recruiting, Employer Branding and Office Management).
- You will have the unique opportunity to develop your strengths in various fields.
- You will discover and understand internal processes, challenges and opportunities within various P&O teams.
- You will have ownership in daily business as well as overarching projects that will improve the Emmies´ experience and actively contribute to the empowerment of People & Organization Strategy.
- You will be mentored by an experience Emmie and receive feedback regularly to ensure your growth and development.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You are in the end of your Bachelor, in between bachelors and masters, or currently studying in a Masters program (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or any related areas).
- You are interested in experiencing different areas of Human Resources.
- You are eager to learn continuously and create an impact.
- You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams with different backgrounds.
- You thrive in fast-paced working environments which require constant adjustment to changes.
- You are fluent in English.
