We’re looking for aGerman speaking Sales Talent Partnerto join our Talent Acquisition team in Berlin on a 12month FTC. You will own and coordinate therecruitment process from the time a role is approved until the newLightspeeder has started, ensuring a great candidate experience andthat we select the very besttalent.

What you’ll bedoing:

  1. Manage the fullcycle recruitment for roles within Lightspeed’s Sales teams for ourEMEA operations, from kick off to offer acceptance all the whileensuring the highest standards and a seamless and positiveexperience for both your internal stakeholder and thecandidate.
  2. Act as an advocate and coach onrecruitment best practices.
  3. Contribute to theon-going development and execution of Lightspeed’s overall sourcingand recruitment strategy.
  4. Develop and maintainstrong and effective business relationships with hiring managersand senior management within the Salesteams.

What you need tobring:

We’re a TA team of close to50 people globally Our team is responsible for attracting toptalent, applying performance and competency based interviewingmethodologies and seeing our leadership and contributions have adirect impact on the overall success of thecompany.

We're looking for a candidate who hasexperience with the following:

  1. Provenexperience with high-volume recruitment within the sales industry,hiring AEs, AMs, SDRs and Field Repsideally.
  2. Ability to communicate both in writtenand oral form in German and Englishfluently.
  3. Strong and active talent network witha proven reputation for being exceptional at candidategeneration.
  4. Extensive experience with talentacquisition with the ability to forge dynamic relationships withbusiness leaders and candidates.
  5. Ability tocontinually seek new sourcing options and creative approaches toattracting candidates.
  6. An authentic commitmentto diversity and inclusion hiringpractices.
  7. Proven ability to source, sell andclosecandidates.
