Als Service Consultant Professional Services (m/f/d) erfüllst Du die Wünsche und Anforderungen der Kunden in Bezug auf Kommunikation mit unserer Palette an Premium Telekommunikationslösungen. Termintreue, Lösungstiefe, Transparenz und Authentizität zeichnen Dich auf diesem Weg aus.


Im Detail beinhaltet das:

• Komplexe Konfigurationen von Contact Center Produkten und Lösungen nach vorgegebenen Spezifikationen

• Technische Dokumentation der Kundenlösung und Übergabe in den Regelbetrieb

• Kundenspezifische Integrationen

• Integration von Modulen basierend auf künstlicher Intelligenz

• Unterstützung der Landesgesellschaften in komplexen Umsetzungsszenarien

• Unterstützung des Technical Consultings in speziellen Lösungsdetails


Dein Profil:

  • Einen technischen Background in IT oder Telekommunikation
  • Erfahrung mit Projektarbeit /-umsetzung, idealerweise im TK Bereich, wie z.B. Contact Center, UCaaS, ACD oder IP Centrex
  • Verständnis von SIP, VoIP oder NGN
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Scripting und Einbindung von APIs
