About the Team

Our client's dedicated sales team is passionate about helping customers across the DACH region leverage the power of their software to build impactful solar projects. They offer a consultative approach, demonstrating how their solutions empower clients to achieve their goals.


The Role

We're searching for a top-tier sales professional to join our client's Strategic Sales division, reporting directly to the DACH GM. You'll be instrumental in transforming the operating system for the world's leading solar companies.

Beyond managing the entire sales cycle, you'll be a key voice for our client's strategic customers, shaping their go-to-market strategy, processes, and product roadmap for these top accounts. These key clients are not only high-volume installers but also industry leaders.


Your Impact


  • Drive the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to negotiation and closing - for the biggest solar names in the DACH region.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs and educate them on cost savings and revenue growth potential with our client's software.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to upsell and expand solutions within our client's largest existing client base.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including Customer Success, Marketing, and executive management, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Shape product roadmap decisions.
  • Refine and scale our client's Strategic GTM strategy for maximum effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and in-person meetings with target accounts.


You Bring


  • 10+ years of successful closing experience in B2B sales including a minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-year sales cycles with multi-million Euro TCVs and involving large stakeholder groups.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • A history of accurate annual revenue forecasting and pipeline conversion.
  • Expertise in crafting client ROI calculations and compelling value propositions.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • A strong network within the solar industry.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment with integrity and resilience.
  • An approach to sales that blends intelligence, curiosity, and a passion for sustainability.
  • A willingness to embrace and utilize constructive feedback.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Prior success in a startup, scale-up, or hyper-growth environment


(Note on workmode and location: hybrid from ideally Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Cologne with monthly visits in shared workspace in Munich.)
