Morgan Latif are currently retained by market leading multinational organisation that designs and manufactures advanced industrial technology.


We are currently searching for a Head/Leader of Global Product Marketing (Commercial Product Management) who will be focused on creating new strategies for the product go-to-market launches, pricing, portfolio management as well as involved in product ideation.


Our client offers a strong collaborative culture, one that is diverse and driven by continuous improvement mindset with flat hierarchies and high levels of autonomy with focus on people and competency development


As such, core responsibilities will be, but limited to:

  • Development, definition and implementation of the global product strategy for existing products and management of end of product life.
  • Creation and continually develop a product category roadmap.
  • Support the continuous optimisation of the product portfolio as well as ensuring market penetration and growth.
  • Manage costs and increase profitability of all assigned product categories.
  • Evaluation of market and competition data and their implementation in the global product strategy.
  • Pricing Strategy
  • Process Improvement
  • Leadership experience is not required, although advantageous.


The position will have a clear roadmap to career progression within the company. The marketing of new products will be vital in this role, therefore demonstrable experience in utilising the four key components of marketing will be crucial. Along with demonstrable experience in marketing, strong leadership qualities will also play a vital role to overall success.


Qualifications:


Required

  • Minimum 5 years Product Marketing / Commercial Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Product Launch, Product Lifecycle Management, Pricing etc.
  • Track record of metric achievement and over performance.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.


Location: Remote with some travel
