We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Marketing Communications. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives business growth and brand awareness

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to deliver on marketing objectives

  • Lead and coach a team of marketing professionals to develop and implement marketing campaigns and activation plans

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop innovative marketing approaches and solutions

  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure program efficiency through the OKR model

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and efforts

  • Support internal business units with their marketing strategies and ensure stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • Proven track record of successfully building brands and leading marketing teams

  • Experience with the OKR model and metrics for success measurement

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and German

  • Highly organized, structured, and motivated team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
