As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our HR Department and are looking for a hands-on HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our teams and support our growing workforce.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business — managing recruitment end-to-end while supporting practical, day-to-day HR operations in a fast-moving, international environment.What You’ll DoTalent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needsDevelop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, and referralsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future rolesEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experienceHR OperationsSupport employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentationAssist with HR policies, procedures, and complianceMaintain accurate employee records and HR systemsSupport performance management and employee engagement initiativesAct as a point of contact for HR-related questionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in HR and/or Talent AcquisitionStrong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and confidentialityNice to HaveExperience in fast-growing or startup environmentsKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesEmployer branding or social recruiting experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageGrowth and career development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to make a real impact on company culture
