SciNova have exclusively partnered with a world-leading Biotech specialising in developing pioneering vaccines and treatments used to treat life-threatening diseases. My client is searching for a Senior Quality Manager to help drive a culture of change management and transformation within their QM team and you will be fully responsible for overseeing all QM related activities and direct team leadership - This includes internal and external audits, GMP compliance, QMS upgrades, validation/verification, deviation inspections and so on.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10+ quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain quality metrics and key performance indicators to monitor and improve quality performance.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturing, and commercialisation activities.


Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific discipline (minimum).
  • 8+ years' experience (minimum) working in QM within the Biotech industry - Experience handling vaccine or ATMP production is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations is essential.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting audits and interacting with regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
