Role Overview: As Co-Founder,you will play a critical role in shaping the direction and strategyof GTM Pioneers. This entrepreneurial position requires a dynamicindividual driven to build and engage communities, developstrategic partnerships, and lead digital and onsite events. Yourinvolvement will span from content creation and communitymanagement to strategic planning, automation, andexecution.
TasksKeyResponsibilities:
- Community Building andEngagement: Develop and implement strategies to growand engage our community online and offline. Foster activeparticipation and create a vibrant ecosystem of GTMprofessionals.
- ContentCreation: Produce high-quality, engaging contenttailored to the needs and interests of our community. This includesarticles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, and social mediaposts.
- EventManagement: Plan, organize, and execute digital andphysical events aligning with our mission to educate and supportstartups in their GTM strategies.
- Automation and WorkflowDevelopment: Design and implement automation systemsand workflows to streamline operations and enhance userexperiences. Develop high-quality AI prompts and connections tosupport these initiatives.
- Partnership Development:Identify and collaborate with potential partners to enhance ourofferings and expand our reach. Manage ongoing partnerrelationships.
- OperationalLeadership: Contribute to the organization's overallmanagement, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently, and goalsare met.
Required Skills andQualifications:
- Entrepreneurial Spirit:Strong drive to build and scale a startup. Comfortable in ahigh-risk, high-reward environment.
- GTM Knowledge: A solidunderstanding of go-to-market strategies with a keen interest inlearning more about building successful businesses.
- Technical Proficiency:Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions andAI-driven systems.
- ContentCreation: Proven ability to create compelling,original content that resonates with a diverse audience.
- Event Planning: Experiencein organizing and leading events, with a knack for creatingmemorable, impactful experiences.
- Community Management:Skilled in engaging with and growing online and offlinecommunities.
- Collaboration andNetworking: Ability to forge and maintain strongprofessional relationships.
- Communication: Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
Ideal Candidate: The idealcandidate is not necessarily a GTM expert but is deeply curiousabout GTM and passionate about learning and teaching others. Youshould be a natural content creator and community builder whothrives on connecting with others and growing a business from theground up, with a strong capability in automation and AItechnologies.
Compensation: Initially, thisis an equity-only role with a competitive equity share package. Thefinancial compensation (salary) is envisaged once the business hasestablished a solid revenue line.
