We are currently seeking fora dynamic and strategic Product Management and Marketing Directorfor our DACH region to lead and elevate our product management andmarketing functions to industry leading standards. This role iscrucial in driving innovation, shaping a futureproof organizationfit for growth, and aligning our product strategy with markettrends to ensure sustainablegrowth.

YOURROLE

As the Product Management andMarketing Director for DACH, you will drive regional businessgrowth while collaborating closely with counterparts in two otherregions and the European Marketing and Product Director to takeadvantage of synergies and platform opportunities. You willprioritize key projects that deliver the greatest value to thebusiness, ensuring alignment with market trends and strategicgoals. You will be responsible for defining and executing theproduct and marketing strategies, delivering profitable productcategories and roadmaps, and leading a high performing team. Youwill champion modern marketing practices, leveraging data-driveninsights and innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition,retention, and brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity for adynamic leader to build a modern, agile, and scalable organization.You will be reporting directly to the VP&GM DACH with dottedline to the European Product & MarketingDirector.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive theoverall product management and marketing strategy for DACH ensuringalignment with regional business goals and markettrends.
  • Lead development of a profitableproduct portfolio that meets evolving customerneeds.
  • Create and implement a modern marketingstrategy focused on digital transformation, customer-centricapproaches, and data-driven decisionmaking.
  • Work closely with counterparts in otherregions and functions to identify synergies and prioritize projectsthat offer the greatest value for the overall Europeanbusiness.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch, including product development,go-to-market strategies, and post-launchperformance.
  • Build and refine product roadmaps,ensuring they align with long-term business objectives and customerdemands.
  • Mature the marketing strategy to drivebrand awareness, customer acquisition andretention.
  • Champion digital marketingtransformation and, in partnership with the European digital team,ensure the adoption of cutting-edge tools andtechniques.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns acrossall channels (digital, social media, PR, etc.) to maximize impactand ROI.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team ofproduct managers and marketers to achieveexcellence.
  • Build a modern, agile organizationthat can adapt quickly to changing marketconditions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation,continuous learning, and data-driven decision making within theteam.
  • Embrace modern technologies, tools, andmethodologies to ensure the product and marketing functions remainagile and scalable.
  • Stay ahead of industrytrends and disruptions, ensuring the organization is positioned forlong-term growth andcompetitiveness.

YOUR SKILLSAND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor´sdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalentexperience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in productmanagement and marketing leadership roles in internationalmanufacturing industries.
  • Proven track recordin full lifecycle management from conception, through launch,nurture, and discontinuation.
  • Proven experiencein a senior product management and marketing role, ideally within amulti-region, European business.
  • Strongknowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and productdevelopment processes.
  • Experience building andleading high performing teams.
  • Excellentstrategic thinking, communication, and leadershipskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively acrossdepartments and manage multiplestakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills andability to interpret data and make data-drivendecisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets andoptimizing marketing spend for maximumimpact.
