AsHead of Store Design & VisualMerchandising, you will play a pivotal role in astartup-like setting in our expanding Store division. In thishigh-impact role, you will be shaping the future Look & Feel ofour Stores and the resulting Customer Experience. You will beleading the development and build-out of our new Stores, overseeingthe interior design processes as well as leading the executionthrough our Visual Merchandising team, ensuring the creation ofexciting Store environments and efficient processes. This positionis unlimited and located inMunich.
WHAT YOU'LLDO- Create a top-notch, brand-specificand tech-enhanced Store concept (combining Retail Design, InteriorDesign & Visual Merchandising) that combines architecturalexcellence, aesthetics, and commercial functionality to deliver aninspiring customer experience and maximize space sales andefficiency.
- Lead the areas of Retail Design,Interior Design, and Visual Merchandising to ensure everythingworks hand in hand to develop and execute the most exciting home& living Stores with the highest commercialability.
- Drive the development and build-out ofnew stores by creating captivating retail designs, ensuringmeticulous planning, and streamlining construction processes todeliver stores on time, on budget, and aligned with designstandards.
- Oversee the creation andimplementation of exceptional interior designs that showcase ourproducts in an inspiring yet commercially effectivemanner.
- Ensure flawless execution of inspiringstore environments (e.g., room sets, shelf displays) by enablingsmooth and efficient visual merchandisingoperations.
- Stay up-to-date with industrytrends and emerging technologies, incorporating all relevantinsights into our Store design & visualmerchandising.
- Lead by example and foster apositive, collaborative work environment, innovation, andexcellence.
- 10+ years of proven experiencein a leadership role in Retail Design, Retail Architecture, andVisual Merchandising or a similar role within the premium/luxuryretail industry (ideally home & living orfashion).
- A strong track record of the abilityto create inspiring yet functional retail and interior designs,based on an excellent understanding of the latest and upcominginterior design & styling trends.
- Deepknowledge of how design and visual merchandising drive customerexperience and sales.
- A strategic yet hands-onmentality, with strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities in a super fast-paced and highly dynamic workenvironment.
- Excellent project managementskills, particularly in balancing creativity with deadlines,process adherence, and simultaneous processoptimization.
- A high degree of leadershipskills, shaping a motivational team spirit while drivingperformance and innovation always to the nextlevel.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word,etc. with excellent German and English skills (written and spoken),and flexibility to travel across Europe asneeded.
