Fleet Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- The Fleet Sales Manager will spearhead our fleet sales initiatives within the designated territories, focusing on cultivating enduring partnerships with key corporate entities.
- The Fleet Sales Manager's primary focus will be on developing long-term relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their fleet requirements, and providing customized electric vehicle solutions.
- He will work closely with the dealer network to align dealer and central activities and ensure an effective cooperation
- He will be responsible for a significant part of the yearly volume target
- The Fleet Sales Manager will work closely with our finance, product and service teams to identify and realise fleet sales potentials, to drive sales growth and to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualification
- At least 5 years of automotive experience with a solid background in sales or key account management
- Proven track record of managing and growing sales accounts.
- Extraordinary problem-solving skills and flexibility in daily operation
- Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Good communication and execution skills, strong team spirit
- Strong written and verbal skills in German and English
- Readiness to frequently travel across the designated region
- Experience with foreign car brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
