Sr Fleet Solutions Manager, Global Fleet and Products(GFP)

We are actively seeking a Senior Fleet Solutions Manager to join our EUGlobal Fleet and Products Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in introducing and expanding fleet products, services, and programs for our AMZL last-mile fleet, including the Fleet Service Center Network. Responsibilities also include overseeing maintenance and repair solutions for our vehicles to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and driving the development of innovative solutions to enhance vehicle uptime.
The ideal candidate for this position will collaborate with internal teams (WHS, Environment, Ops, Process Engineering, etc.) and external vendors to launch, expand, operationalize, and enhance fleet solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead business development and vendor scouting efforts, defining program requirements based on customer feedback.
- Operationalize fleet service centers at delivery stations and oversee implementation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare and secure approvals for onsite projects.
- Directly engage with suppliers and contractors on-site, ensuring performance management.
- Manage the EU-wide rollout of services and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide regular leadership updates and escalate any product-related issues.
- Handle escalations from DSPs, site ops, and vendors, facilitating product integration and support for spoke sites within the FSC network.
About the team:
The team is responsible for strategizing fleet service, maintenance, and repairs, as well as owning the processes, infrastructure, and technology necessary for DSPs to operate the last-mile fleet efficiently and safely. They oversee the development, testing, and integration of all service, maintenance, and repair programs.
We are open to considering candidates for placement in either Berlin, BE, DEU, or Munich, BY, DEU.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills, previous experience in the automotive industry and fleet management, including service, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prior experience with Delivery Station and/or Delivery Service Partner operations is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time.
- Thorough knowledge of engineering and facilities equipment within Delivery Stations (DS), along with maintenance and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in Amazon Facilities management.
- Demonstrated expertise in launching and overseeing building or project management at Amazon facilities.
