Product & Markets Manager- Schopfheim, Germany

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a global leader in industrial vacuum technology? Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Product & Markets Manager to drive their innovative product strategies and expand their market presence.


The Role

As the Product & Markets Manager, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing impactful product strategies for their established Industrial Vacuum portfolio. Your insights into market trends and competitor landscapes will help seize business opportunities and ensure continued growth and profitability.


This role will require an on-site presence between 2-4 days per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the growth of Key & Strategic Accounts within our product portfolio.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers
  • Align product development strategies with customer needs to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competition analyses to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with and empower their Sales teams to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Engineering within the Industrial B2B sector
  • Any experience of Vacuum, Blower, Centrifugal Pumps, or Compressor industries would be an advantage
  • An educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing.
  • People management experience, either direct management or cross-functional management
  • The ability to influence and empowers those around you, we're looking for someone who can bring new ideas and enthusiasm with them
  • German and English speaker
