About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead and support the growth of Key & Strategic Accounts within our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive product growth and development.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze product data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or engineering within the industrial B2B sector.
  • People management experience, either direct management or cross-functional management.
  • German and English speaker.
