Position Overview
- Design project-specific layouts and piping schematics for our comprehensive range of process engineering solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Engage in collaborative planning during the sales phase to facilitate order acquisition by delivering appropriate initial layouts.
- Revise layouts and detailed designs for both standard and customized projects within a 2D and 3D environment, manage orders, and maintain effective communication with project teams and internal departments.
- Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for both standard and custom projects, while upholding standard templates.
- Create assembly bills of materials, piping plans, and manufacturing drawings.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship as a Technical Draftsman or System Planner with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD 2D, Plant 3D, and Inventor.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe applications, with knowledge of SAP being advantageous.
- A strong technical understanding with the ability to visually communicate information, coupled with a systematic and independent work ethic.
- Effective communication skills in both German and English.
