Senior Sales Account Manager

My client, a leading global adhesives manufacturer are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive the future of the construction adhesives business We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and own comprehensive strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Sales Team, covering adhesives, sealants, and tapes.
- Execution & Coordination: Drive the execution of strategic plans through effective communication, coordination of activities, and mobilization of indirect resources.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to seize future growth opportunities.
- Commercial Target Achievement: Optimize market share, pricing strategies, and profitability to achieve commercial targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively anticipate and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Process Optimization: Consistently apply sales processes and utilize all available sales tools to maximize effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Background: 4-year college degree, preferably in technical/mechanical or marketing fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry; marketing or technical experience may be considered.
- Location: Must be based in Germany, Switzerland or Austria.
- Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
