You will be working asa part of a Scrum team and primarily responsible for QA processes,focusing on creating and automating functional and end-to-end testcases and identifying/reporting/tracking defects. You will workclosely with all members of the team to create and drive asuccessful automation strategy for a product. This role requirestechnical intellect, strong communication and mentoring skills, andsomeone who enjoys being part of a pro-active and self-managingteam.
KeyResponsibilities- Master one or moretechnical capabilities used by the team while working in multipledomains
- Break down a larger project and helpothers working on the stories
- Build teststrategy and test plans for complexprojects
- Impact others' work, includingdefining guidelines and engineering practices of theteam
- Mentor others, interview candidates,provide meaningful feedback
- Find opportunitiesfor new tools/improvements which addvalue
- End-to-end use case implementation of asolution
- Integrate test automation with buildand delivery pipeline; optimize the pipelines and coach others oncontinuous delivery principles so we can release to productionregularly, quickly, andsafely
- 5+ years ofsoftware engineering in test experience
- Strongexperience in a hands-on development role at a commercial softwarecompany
- Demonstrable experience of devising anddelivering changes to large/complexproducts
- Excellent understanding of one or moreof our technologies: TypeScript, Playwright, AngularMaterial
- Experience in API and web developmentand testing
- Problem-solver attitude -Technology agnostic approach
- Experience ofdesigning and delivering security solutions in an environment thatembraces DevOps and IaC concepts and common technologies, with afocus on pipeline security automation(DevSecOps)
- Experience with Microservicesarchitecture
- Degree or equivalent in ComputerScience, Mathematics or similardiscipline
