TheSenior Software Engineer in Test will work with product managers tounderstand customer needs, design functionalities, and translaterequirements to test plans. Evaluate risks in the system, build andoptimize automation frameworks to guard the robustness, scalabilityand security of the micro-services that power our SaaS platform.Also, you will develop tools that make our development, testing,deployment, and monitoring systems efficient. Have the full powerof AWS at your disposal while you focus on building and testingServerless solutions (either brand new or assisting in migratingservices to Serverless).

KeyResponsibilities
  • Master one or moretechnical capabilities used by the team.
  • Haveseveral years of experience in working in multipledomains.
  • Break down a larger project and helpothers working on the stories.
  • Have a strongimpact on others' work, including defining guidelines andengineering practices of the team.
  • Able tomentor others, interview candidates, and provide meaningfulfeedback.
  • Find opportunities for newtools/improvements that add value.
  • Familiarwith end-to-end use case implementation of asolution.
  • Integrate test automation with thebuild and delivery pipeline; optimize the pipelines and coachothers on continuous delivery principles so we can release toproduction regularly, quickly, andsafely.
RequiredExperience/Skills
  • 5+ years ofsoftware engineering experience.
  • Strongexperience in a hands-on development role at a commercial softwarecompany.
  • Demonstrable experience of devisingand delivering changes to large/complexproducts.
  • Excellent understanding of one ormore of our technologies: NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Ruby onRails.
  • Experience in API and webdevelopment.
  • Problem-solver attitude -Technology agnostic approach.
  • Experiencedesigning and delivering security solutions in an environment thatembraces DevOps and IaC concepts with a focus on pipeline securityautomation (DevSecOps).
  • Experience withMicroservices architecture.
  • Degree, orequivalent, in Computer Science, Mathematics or similardiscipline.
