Your tasks
- Engage closely with colleagues within an agile development team, continuously enhancing team efficiency in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborate with product owners and UX experts to develop and maintain solutions iteratively within an agile framework.
- Commit to delivering high-quality code while adhering to modern agile software craftsmanship and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated of industry trends and advancements, fostering personal and professional development in a multinational context.
- Actively mentor and coach team members to facilitate their growth.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 4 years of professional experience in software development as an Android Developer or similar positions, and first experiences leading a team.
- Expertise in Kotlin using the Google Android SDK , with demonstrated proficiency in Android NDK and JNI code.
- Proficient in Android UI design principles and patterns.
- Proactive learner with a curiosity for exploring and implementing new ideas.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills in English.
