Job Title: AI Conversational Writer for the French/Spanish language

We design the personas and dialogue styles of artificial intelligence and voice agents (Bixby, Siri, Gemini, Alexa) to communicate with users more naturally.

We are engaged in the heart of AI technology, partnering with major Korean enterprises, including a major Korean smartphone manufacturer, and are currently expanding our services globally. Established in 2016, we are now seeking foundation members to join our global expansion, particularly to help set up our European branch.


Job Description


Position Overview

We are seeking AI dialogue writers and analysts to join our dynamically developing team. The selected candidates will work as computational linguists to translate, analyze, localize, and proofread data for large-scale AI projects. Writers will work closely with the project manager to deliver high-quality material in the target language to our main client’s R&D institute in Poland. Collaborating with a diverse team of language experts, you will design human-AI conversations, which is the key interface in the age of AI.


Responsibilities

  • Translate content into target language with proper linguistic tone, flow, and cultural nuance
  • Proofread, analyze, and edit translated data to ensure proper linguistics and natural flow
  • Improve AI agent responses by analyzing and providing detailed feedback
  • Provide creative and practical responses to user utterances to enhance AI agent interactions.
  • Create and manage style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality of target language
  • Successfully deliver day to day projects on time while maintaining highest quality


Qualifications

  • Fluent speaker of any of the following languages: French or Spanish
  • Deep cultural understanding of target language.
  • Fluent & proficient spoken and written business English
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or higher in language beneficial
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and provide quality text
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Work experience in the Translation, Creative Writing, or Language field an advantage
