Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field. 10+ years in automotive software development, with 5+ years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving. Worked in various Production Programs (Requirement to implementation to Validation) Strong knowledge of sensor technologies (camera, radar, LiDAR, ultrasonic). Expertise in ADAS functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Automated Parking, and Highway Pilot. Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262), ASPICE and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434). Hands-on experience with model-based design (MATLAB/Simulink/C++) and real-time operating systems. Strong systems engineering and requirements management background (DOORS, Polarion, etc.).
