Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related field.10+ years in automotive software development, with 5+ years in ADAS/Autonomous Driving.Strong knowledge of sensor technologies (camera, radar, LiDAR, ultrasonic).Expertise in ADAS functions such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Automated Parking, and Highway Pilot.Proficiency in AUTOSAR (Classic & Adaptive), middleware, and embedded systems.Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).Hands-on experience with model-based design (MATLAB/Simulink) and real-time operating systems.Strong systems engineering and requirements management background (DOORS, Polarion, etc.).
