Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) - German Team
Are you ready to join a dynamic team at the forefront of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and Content Management System (CMS) innovation? Our client, a leading provider of DXP & CMS Software globally, is expanding its German team and seeking a talented Senior BDR to drive outbound and inbound lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients within the DACH region.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise Account Executives (AE's) to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Utilize a combination of email, phone, and social media channels to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs and pain points, positioning our client's solutions effectively.
- Manage and prioritize leads efficiently to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a BDR or similar role, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record of success in outbound lead generation and pipeline development.
- Fluent in German with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Experience working with DXP or CMS software solutions is a plus, but not required.
Location: This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote within Germany or a hybrid working model.
