Our headquarter is in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Besides, we have established a research center in Shanghai and are constructing production bases in Jiaxing, Foshan, Liuzhou, and Chongqing. Furthermore, we establish a multi-dimensional global presence in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Currently, our production capacity has reached 35.2GWh, and it is expected to exceed 150GWh by 2025.

Position Snapshot

As the EV Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our internationalelectric vehicle sector and ensuring robust sales growth, trough managing commercial contracts,negotiating, prices, and ensuring, timely quotation and order follow-up for customer sample requests. Thisposition reguires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success inthe electric vehicle or automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in theinternational electric vehicle sector.

2.Identify key opportunities for growth and expansion, including market analysis, competitorevaluation,and product positioning strategies.

3.Lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners to secure profitable contracts andagreements.

4.Internally overseeing the preparation and breakdown of product quotations, as well as coordinatingefforts between proiect teams and cross-functional departments.

5.Monitor customer inguiries and sample requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.Track sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline, providing regular updates andforecasts to management.

6.Handle day-to-day interactions with international electric vehicle clients, including customer visitsreception,and maintaining customer relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent education; Masterpreferred

2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles within theelectric vehicle or automotive industry.

3.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage commercial contracts and pricing agreements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust withclients.

4.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and developactionable plans.

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

6.Willingness to travel

7.German and English proficiency, familiar with Chinese is preferred.
