Stellenbeschreibung
- Sie verstärken das Team der Rechtsabteilung und sind Ansprechpartner/in für interne Fachabteilungen bei der ganzheitlichen Bewertung, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Lösungen der vielfältigen Rechtsfragen eines internationalen Konzerns
- Ihr Fokus liegt im Wesentlichen in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Themen einschließlich Bezügen zum Aktien- und Handelsrecht, sowie der Verbesserung unserer internen Governance Strukturen
- Darüber hinaus prüfen und verhandeln Sie Verträge aus den Bereichen Einkauf und Vertrieb mit deutschem, europäischem und internationalem Bezug
- Sie bearbeiten vertragsrechtliche Grundsatzthemen zur Prozessoptimierung im Unternehmen
- Sie begleiten bereichsübergreifende Projekte und Steuern der Kommunikation mit externen Beratern
- Sie Erarbeiten eigenständig internen Schulungen und führen diese durch
- Sie vertreten die Konzernunternehmen außergerichtlich und unterstützen bei gerichtlichen Verfahren
- Sie werten aktuelle Rechtsprechung und Gesetzgebung aus und leiten erforderlicher Maßnahmen für das Unternehmen ab
Profil
- Abgeschlossene juristische Ausbildung (2. Staatsexamen)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung, Kanzlei mit wirtschafts- und gesellschaftsrechtlicher Ausrichtung
- Erfahrung in gesellschaftsrechtlichen- und und Governance Themen
- Unternehmerische und problemlösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
